ECIOG Documentation

We are very proud to be a transparent organization. The most important element of our documentation is that it is all available 24 hours a day online. If you would like a hard copy of our financial report, please email us or write to our base location. There will be a $5 fee to ship this report to you. It will be shipped priority mail with delivery confirmation. However, if you would like a PDF version emailed to your email, that is of course free.

Board Meeting Minutes
Our board meetings have been modified in the age of the pandemic. We hold them monthly, in person, and we update necessary information through our social posts as simplified minutes. We no longer provide old board meeting minutes due to storage management- please see our social media posts for searchable posts. Below is our board member handbook from 2014- revision coming in 2024.

Financial Reports
The IRS has requested that we stop filing a completed  990 form 501 (c)(3) not for profits as we are too small. They started requiring a postcard 990 which does not supply full breakdowns.  We also file a report with our local state and attorney general. The icon below will take you to a section with all of our financial reports including all our old full 990 reports. Our calendar year is from January 1st to December 31st so reports will be filed before May 15 every year.
