Please fill out this form with your membership to choose your monthly project style. We will NEVER sell or share your information and it will be used exclusively for the Puff and Create event. Please note due to the nature of our event, it will be a – 21+ Event with Age Verification Required. For online memberships, since we will be mailing all donated items and coupons in our goodie bags plus entry in all contests and raffles, this could include LEGAL to mail cannabis related/decorated products this initial confirms that you are indeed over 21 and agree to receive all puff and create event items.
