The Ending Cancer in Our Generation Non Profit/ Jettychan/PBoJ Refund and Return Policy Overview
Given the nature of our items and as an incredibly small nonprofit business with a Kintsugi mindset, we have an all sales are final, no refund policy. I do make sure that all items have insurance and tracking for any unforeseeable issues, and I will work to make sure that your experience with our store is excellent. We are basically the equivalent of an online Rummage sale or Art Sale at your local Art School, than a Walmart superstore for our events and fundraisers. I hope that this is understandable. If any issues arise, please contact me ASAP so that I can find a solution to help make everyone happy. I am happy to find a way to make the situation happy.

We ship with Shippo via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail ships with insurance and tacking. If any issues arise during shipping, insurance is supplied up to the cost of the total order as per USPS requirements. We have never *knock on wood* had any issues with any insurance claims needing to be filed.
-USPS recently changed total free insurance to $50, extra insurance will need to be added in order for insurance to be properly applied. If extra insurance is not purchased, USPS will only insure up to $50.
