Spill the T.H.C.

A new kind of podcast for cancer survivors and alternative therapy lovers.
Extreme Survivor of G.B.M.

Spill the THC with an Extreme Survivor of GBM

Every year I spend a lot of my time preparing and working on my Cancerversary celebration, it has been a consistent fundraiser for my charity (ECIOG) for many years and a reminder from me and my supporters about my cancer and my journey. I’ve been thinking a lot about how I feel like it could be helpful to myself and others to spend next year finally working on my bucket list properly. I want to travel and read and make art and just finally enjoy my life that I am so blessed to have. We’re starting this year with a “podcast” where we set up a phone in the smoking room and I just talk about the non profit and the work we are trying to do and what we’ve got going on, about GBM and what it is like to be an extreme survivor- especially health and job related, and just other interesting things my Neurodivergent high brain decides to go! Personally I love to put long form on in the background while I work, but I cannot guarantee that this will not include material that may be controversial or inappropriate for all audiences. Cancer is not always pretty and I cannot count on my brain to NOT say or do something that is not acceptable, especially after alternative therapy. Please listen with care and understanding that I had a baseball sized tumor removed from my brain and I have a VERY thin filter that is VERY hard to get to work correctly. If this sounds like an interesting use of your limited time on this planet, please join us. We would love to have you!

Broken Filter

Use common sense and remember that with extreme survivorship comes a broken, thin filter that is sporadic at best- no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness. We are not medical professionals and should not be taken as medical advice. If easily offended, this is NOT the podcast to listen.

We also do not condone any kind of hate or direct actions taken against anyone we speak about on this podcast regardless of how it is worded on a per episode basis. Please keep responses helpful and useful for making the world a better place. There is already enough hate in the world 🙂
